[SOLVED] - BROWN LINE SEEN OF THE PVC PIPE

Possible Causes

1. Material is sticking in the die area

2. Material is sticking on to the barrel and a burning line emanating from that area

3. Spider legs plating is gone. Cracks in the spider legs

Remedy

1. Use a flushing compound and try to remove the sticky material. If not successful, open the die and clean

2. The front section of the barrel is worn out and sticking of material at the worn-out area. Use higher level of stabilizer and external lubricants.

3. Check the spider legs. Hard chrome plating is required for spider legs.
