[SOLVED] - MIXING OF RESIN AND ADDITIVES TAKES LONGER TIME THAN SPECIFIED

Possible Causes

The speed of the Hot Mixing blades is low
Mixing Blades are worn out

Remedy

Gearbox Pulley Diameter
Check the speed of mixing blades. It should be 1000 to 1500 rpm for High-Speed Mixers. Apply the following formula to find out the speed (rpm) : Hot Mixer Motor Drive RPM X Drive Motor Pulley Diameter / Recondition or replace worn-out blades
