[SOLVED] - THERE IS SUDDEN JUMP OF LOAD (TORQUE) DURING FLEXIBLE COMPOUND MIXING IN MIXER MACHINE

Possible Causes

1. The addition of plasticizer is very fast

2. Early agglomeration of mix

Remedy

1. Try slow and stead addition after 60˚C to 70˚C of mixing

2. Check resin properties, maybe due to very fine particle size, or very low K-value of resin.
